One Does Not Simply Become The Guardian of A Hell Gate

Actually, it's two of them but it doesn't sound good if I put two up there.

Anyways, Gevirash and Zoran were two of many other guardians of Hell Gates that were scattered all over the globe, but, they were the only ones Yverna and her companions could tolerate as opposed to the others, what with their rigidness that would give a granny a run for her money.

The two had been standing at their post for thousands of years without the luxury of patrolling the area, so you can imagine the level of boredom they'd reached. Yverna and the others were used to finding weird, and oftentimes, obscene symbols on the ground around them, courtesy of them poking the soil with their spears - actually, it was a surprise they haven't begun to sharpen their skills in art and started painting the scenery using their spears. In some other time, the two lazily battled each other, well, more like hit the tip of each other's spears while they were sitting, because serious sparring would be against the rule.

Yverna and her companions' willingness to talk to them was a chance they grabbed immediately, and they started asking any kind of update to whatever problems Yverna and the others were in, even though they couldn't actually do anything except keeping an eye out  for them when they asked - something that should be reported to the higher-ups, but neither Gevirash nor Zoran wanted to rat on those elite soldiers, for they were the only ones who gave a damn about them.

When both Valthors learned of Cain's prophecy, and not long afterwards, they heard few other soldiers were talking about the Sisters of Mayhem would be caught regarding the death of three Archangels

One Does Not Simply Become A Rebellious Prince

Well, Belphegor, the notoriously ruthless and rebellious North Prince, is a jerk.
Even calling him that is a big understatement, then again, he was the only one dared to openly defy Lucifer, his father, which was a record, since his dad was the eternal symbol of bigheadedness - maybe that's why they say apple doesn't fall far from the tree, except maybe into Eve's hands, who knew?

Long story short, Belphegor started all that separation-from-the-flock thing, and it wasn't because of daddy issues - i.e dad doesn't love me or pay attention to me - and of course not for any self-righteousness either - hello, Prince of Hell here - rather, he began it all when he found out the truth about Lucifer's ultimate weapon, the Rygavon.

That weapon which housed the Dark Light wasn't truly his, and by wielding it, he'd mark all unholy with bull's eye on their backs - add that with his Echelons went out their way and pit the soldiers against each other, the soldiers might as well be exterminated by his own hands.

That was the last straw to Belphegor, and after every other thing his father had done, that said a lot.

Knowing this, Belphegor went to Vassago, another Prince of Hell who resided in the Shadow Realm -  a realm that resembled much like the in-between, or Nether Realm. Vassago, who'd been a long-time friend to Belphegor, and had more allegiance to him than to his father, immediately came to his side. Not long afterwards, so did a few other Royals of Hell who had never been so keen with Lucifer but had been keeping their heads down since there had been no real reasons to invite the Angel of Death to their halls in their respective castles.

Among those who'd secretly switched allegiance were two most powerful members of the Echelons of Hell, Bynethar and Xamian. Their reason for switching their allegiance was a lot more personal than the other royals.
